Villa du Vieux Bourg - Audenge

Originally from the Arcachon Basin, where my family has lived for generations, my wife, daughter, and I acquired this villa in 2018.

Formerly owned by our family doctor, we undertook its complete renovation to create a welcoming space suitable for all ages, centered around leisure.

After several years of work, in 2022 we decided to embark on the adventure of seasonal rentals! The following year, we decided to have the villa officially listed to highlight its location, amenities, availability, personalized welcome, local recommendations, cleanliness, and more.

We're not professionals, but we value doing things right.

And it is without regret today that we welcome many families each year, coming from all over France or even from abroad (Australia, Gabon, Belgium, England, etc.) happy to find themselves in our little corner of paradise for unforgettable holidays.
